SFARI Gene

SFARI is the autism research branch of the Simons Foundation, started by Jim Simons, a mathematician who cracked the hedge fund code to build his philanthropic nest egg. Their Gene project is dedicated to sorting all relevant research papers according to their impact on genes that relate to autism. We developed an extensive, pleasantly usable, and hopefully deeply insightful portal along with a full rebrand.

The site features multiple data visualizations, connected directly to continually updated data.

Front end development by walt.codes.
